The main results are cited as following: Theorem 3.1.1 Let G be a ﬁnite group, G is solvable if and only if for every maximal subgroup P1 of any Sylow 2-subgroup P of G, P1 is -supplemented in G. Theorem 3.2.1 Let P be a Sylow p -subgroup of ﬁnite group G, where p is a prime divisor of the order of G, (G,p -1)1.
