In this paper, the algorithm structure of Data Mining is the main focus. For this purpose, an introduction to basic theories, concept, meaning, and basic procedure of Data Mining is given the first. Secondly, on the basis of further investigation on basic principle of ANOVA, the algorithm structure of ANOVA based on Data Mining is outlined. In the meantime, the application program of the puter to this algorithm is presented, further study, the real data is imitated according to this procedure and have received the result based on this kind of algorithm. And has carried on the real diagnosis examination to the theory. Finally, this paper gives the all-round summary, and puts forent and main research direction of Data Mining technology and Statistics of the author’s opinion.
