To take the first affiliated hospitalofW enzhoumedical college as an example, Publichospitals could takemeasures as follows in order to be able to get long- term development. First, expand scopeofmedicalservices and mi prove service quality. Second, strengthen personnel employment system reform, and further play the advantages of human resources to control labor costs. Third, attachmore mi portance to science and education and strengthen the building ofmedical and m anagement personnel at all levels. Furthermore, clutch hardware construction, and strive to mi provemedical supporting source conditions.
