火力发电企业投资决策影响因素研究 摘要 改革开放以来，我国电力行业取得了很大的发展，在可以预见的将来，火力发电企业仍然是我国电力行业的主力军。但是随着水力发电、风力发电、核能、太阳能等的蓬勃兴起，火力发电企业伴随的高污染和承担社会责任的问题日益突显。企业要想生存和发展，必须进行正确的投资决策，为此，分析火力发电投资决策的影响因素就显得至关重要。在可持续社会发展的今天，火力发电企业在投资决策时必须将投资决策必须将环境和社会责任因素放在重要位置，以指企业自身经济效益所处的社会经济环境和自然生态环境的和谐统一。通过对火力发电企业投资决策影响因素进行分析，有利于在提高企业经济效益的同时，提高能源利用水平和促进环境生态的保护。 本文从火力发电企业的特点出发，结合各个行业投资决策影响因素的共性，从选址、管理者、环境和社会责任因素四个方面分析了对投资决策的影响，并针对每个影响因素提出了建议。火力发电企业必须选择良好的地理位置，降低成本，提高经济效益；管理者在投资决策时尽量避免一些主观因素给决策带来的影响，引入更加科学的投资决策机制；重视对环境的保护和治理；以人为本，勇于承担社会责任，做出更加有利于企业和社会的投资决策，确保火力发电企业的长期可持续发展。 关键词：火力发电企业；投资决策；影响因素 RESEARCH OF INVESTMENT DECISION-MAKING INFLUENCING FACTORS IN COAL-FIRED POWER ENTERPRISE Abstract Since the reform and opening up, the electric power industry of country has achieved great development. The coal-fired power enterprise plays an important role in the electric power industry, and in the foreseeable future, coal-fired power enterprise is still the mainstay of China power industry. But as hydroelectric power, wind power and solar energy, the flourishing of thermal power enterprise, also met with unprecedented challenges, coal-fired power enterprise with high pollution and social responsibility of the growing problem.
