新疆师范大学硕士学位论文 The regional economy "closed" development is discordant to the thend of economic globalization and regional economic integration seriousiy. The major reasons for the exis tence is the following three obstacles factors : regional interests obstacles, institutional and systems barriers, cultural and ideological barriers. Regional economic synergistic development will be fundamental to resolve these issues . The paper attempts to provide some useful exploration in collective and orderly development of our country regional economy at the macro level.
