Abstract: The emphasis of online education is students and learning. The effect of teacher is to help students learn and construct a good learning circumstance. This article using a curriculum teaching case, analyses how to increase teaching quality. Based on this, we bring forward “the Double-principle” teaching mode so as to give an enlightenment.

Today, with the fast development of information technology, and also with the maturity of internet technology and multimedia technology, a characteristic of modern education is that internet and multimedia is used more and more in teaching. It becomes a way to develop for modern education. For the education of more person with ability to adopt the needs of local government and enterprise, the implement of high-education’s popularity, the construction of a system of teaching support service and quality guarantee on modern distant education, the perfection of a mechanism of self-constraint and self-development, modern distant education is so important that we have to develop it. We think that the human resource’ fostering must focus on teaching mode. The core content for it’s reform is to probe how to develop teaching mode so that it can enhance quality of the human resource’ fostering under the internet circumstance
Teaching and learning effectively contact the teacher and the learner by a special way. The teacher constructs an open circumstance for studying, according the rule and characteristic of distance education, embodying the requirements of open education in the process of teaching, on the base of effective teaching support service system, so as to implement the openness of teaching process. The learner can choose any teaching content at any time and any place, just in the manner
