【摘要l 当前我国城市发展9-在向增量开发和存量开发并存的多元化集约开发模式转变。与此对应，城市规
划设计与研究方法也将向动态的、多维的方向发展，以应对由多种复杂因素相互交织的、急剧变化的城市现
象。构建城市规划信息共享集成平台即是构建一个以GIS软件平台为基础的、以城市规划为导向的虚拟城市空
间。以城市要素为载体的城乡多元特征变量共享于该虚拟化城市空间，各种通用的和行业的城市规划分析功
能集成于系统操作平台，通过城市要素的组合叠加，为城市进程中的不同参与者，提出一个多层次、可相互
贯通的参与平台和一定的量化手段，从而服务于各种城市规划事物。
