In this study，Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA）approach was used to analyze the energy efficiency of data centers. It introduced expounds feasibility of the data centers energy efficiency assessment with DEA，and discussed application method and model properties. Then，based on DEA method for evaluation of energy efficiency， concluded different data center energy efficiency result. The results show that the proposed method can overcome the limitations of single index parameters，without subjective analysis of the input element weights，and can be extended to the performance testing and assessment methods for other multi factors.
