网络环境下财务风险及其防范的思考 摘 要：在网络经济日益成为主流经济的趋势下，对企业产生了一些重要而深远的影响。随着全球经济一体化进程的加快，企业理财环境发生了急剧变化，企业面临的财务风险更加多样化和复杂化，同时财务风险对企业造成的危害程度也日益加深。本文紧密结合网络环境的特征以及风险管理的需求，对涉及企业财务风险管理的有关理论、方法作了一系列的探讨：第一部分分析网络环境下财务风险的表现及特点，首先介绍网络环境下财务管理的特点，然后从分析网络环境下财务风险的特征入手，对影响各环节财务风险的因素进行详细分析。第二部网络环境下产生的财务风险的成因分析，从网络财务工作流程、网络财务安全和网络财务信息提供三大部分存在的风险入手，对财务风险成因方式进行全面地了解。第三部分从完善环境建设入手，培养企业整体网络信息的处理能力，评估风险，利用信息资源进行风险控制，接着通过引入网络信息技术来增强风险防范，加强信息系统流动与沟通、增强对会计信息系统的控制。 关键词：网络环境；财务风险；风险防范 Research on the Control of Financial Risk Based on Network Environment Abstract With the development of economy, network has a strong influence of enterprise. The new environment of economy changes the traditional style of enterprise, such as manipulated and management. The financial risk becomes more and more complicated and diverse, at the same time the degree of hazard becomes more and more serious. While most business organizations haven't taken their focus on the finance venture management .The threat of financial risk is a difficult problem for most enterprise. So the research of financial risk on recognizing, analyzing, appraising and controlling becomes more and more necessary. This paper is close to combine the characteristic of the network environment and the need of the risk management and made to the relevant theories, method which involves business enterprise financial risk a management a series of study: The first is part of analytical the network environment descend performance and characteristics of financial risk.
