船用小型UPS电源系统设计 摘要 随着社会的发展，UPS电源系统越来越得到人们的认可。本文介绍了基于SPWM控制技术的船用UPS电源系统的设计。该装置能在常用电源出现问题时，短时间保证船上各种重要设备，如通讯设备、监控设备、基础照明设备等正常运行，能很好的达到电源不间断的目的，更具有体积小、效率高、常用电源与备用电源转换快速的特点。 一个完整的UPS电源系统一般包括整流部分、充电部分、逆变部分。如此一来，良好的UPS系统肯定离不开电力电子技术的应用。本文介绍了国内外船用UPS电源的发展和现状，在电力电子技术的基础上对整流电路、充电电路、逆变电路进行了阐述分析，研究了UPS系统的基本原理。本文首先分析了设计要求，构思了UPS系统的总体拓扑结构，需要哪些电路模块。设计采用双极性正弦脉宽调制（SPWM）技术，SPWM波由波形发生器SA4828产生。沿用传统的交——直——交变频方案，主要由整流电路、充电电路、逆变电路、滤波电路组成。整流电路采用单相桥式不可控整流电路；逆变电路采用三相桥式电压型逆变电路；控制电路采用SA4828波形发生器进行变频控制 Abstract With the development of society, UPS power system has been recognized by people. This paper introduces the Marine UPS power supply system design based on SPWM control technology. The device can guarantee the normal operation of various important ship equipments in short time, such as communication equipment, monitor equipment, basic lighting equipment when the common power have problems. UPS can reach the purpose of uninterrupted power supply perfectly, and it has the advantages of small size, high efficiency, fast conversion between common power and standby power. A complete UPS power system generally includes rectifier circut, charging circut and inversion circut. So, good UPS system must depend on electricity electronic technology application. This paper introduces the development of domestic and international Marine UPS power supply, and the status quo in power electronic technology, on the basis of power electronic technology, we have analyzed rectifier circuit, charging circuit, inverter circuit, and this paper analyzes the basic principle of UPS systems. This paper analyzes the design requirements first, and conceives the UPS Topological structure, what circuit module is needed. We adopt dual polarity sine pulse-width modulation (SPWM) technology, SPWM wave is produced by SA4828 waveform generator.
