 大连某商务中心空调系统设计 摘 要 本设计对象是大连市商务中心。涉及的主要内容有：负荷计算、新风量的确定、空气处理过程的设计、气流组织设计与计算、设备选型、水系统及风系统水力计算、卫生间排风、地下室防排烟、系统控制的方案确定等。 本设计利用计算机软件对建筑的冷负荷、湿负荷进行计算，并根据负荷选择空调设备，结合建筑特点与实际确定空调系统方案；在符合实际的基础上尽量使系统有更强的功能性和操作性，餐厅、客房、桑拿、办公室和康乐中心等，做风机盘管加新风设计，风机盘管和新风机组采用局部吊顶，采用双层百叶侧送风-下回风，冷气流大多在工作区循环；对于大会议室和一楼的服务台大厅，高度为7.8米，也采用风机盘管和新风机组局部吊顶，双层百叶侧送风-下回风，不承担上半区的冷负荷，这样可节约能耗25%以上；因为我们必须节能和能源的有效利用。客房卫生间做排风设计；制冷机房设于地下室，选用单螺杆冷水机组，夏季供冷冻水，冷却塔置于屋顶。根据建筑防火分区进行防排烟设计。 关键词：风机盘管加新风；新风机组；单螺杆冷水机组 Air Conditioning System Design of a Business Center in Dalian Abstract The object of this design is a business ,which is located in Dalian City. The main contents are as follows: load calculation, volume of fresh air, the design of handdling air process, estimation and calculation of air distribution , equipment selection, water systems and hydraulic calculation of water system and the wind system, bathroom ventilation, prevent and eject smoke of the basement and the system controlling scheme. Computer software is used to calculate the cooling load of the building, wet load . Air condition equipment is chosen accordding to the load calculation and the programme is determined in view to the architectural characteristics and the actual circumstances.Adopt more functional and operational system on the basis of the actual system. Air condition system type of restaurant, guest room, sauna , office center is fan-coil plus fresh air system, with the fan coil units partial under the ceiling.Airstream is circulated mostly in workplace .Fan-coil plus fresh air system is also used in large conference room and the lobby desk in the first floor, whose height is 7.8 meters.It can save energy by more than 25%.Because we must pay special attention to construction saving energy and energy utilization efficiency.Exhausting air is designed in bathroom. Refrigeration machinery room is in the basement and use a single screw chillers,which can offer refrigerated water in the summer and the cooling tower is set on the roof. Smoke preve
