I’d like… Step Two: A game .Ask the students: What other food do you know? Let’s see who can say the most. Write what the students mentioned on the Bb. Step Four Group work What’s your favorite food? Why do you like…? What’s his/her favorite food? Why does he/she like…? Step Five Completing 1 Read the list of words in 3a. 2 Read the newspaper ad, and fill in the blank lines. 3 Check the answers. Step Six: Practice 1 Read the ad. Say, write a word in each blank. 2 Check the answers. Step Seven: Writing 1 Look back at the ad in 3a. 2 Now please write your own ad. You can use some of the sentences from activity 3a. But please use your own types of dumplings and choose different drinks. You can also change the prices. 3 Read your ad for the class.
