KEYWORDS: Affordable housing low carbon development strategy 1.HOUSING DEMAND ANALYSIS OF THE CURRENT BEIJING AFFORDABLE HOUSING SECURITY KEY CROWD As Beijing at present the guarantee of affordable housing group also could not break through the limitation of the household register, according to the Beijing housing vulnerable groups feature, will need to housing safeguard object into three types: the first kind is residents have the normal labor ability in the low-income residents in, the second is the elderly, the disabled, the third type is working in Beijing because of the new white-collar, the housing needs of these groups has the following features: Beijing residents have the normal labor ability of low-income groups, mostly lived in downtown area, poor living conditions, have the demand of home improvement.
