摘 要 摘 要 河北省紧邻北京、天津，属于渤海经济圈的核心地区。河北以其独特的区域方位， 便利的交通网络，及时的通讯传输，庞大的内在市场，优良的引资环境，吸引着众多境 外投资者的目光，并逐步成为外商投资的热点地区。历经几十载的发展与变革，河北省 利用外资规模逐年扩大，外资总量不断增长，为区域经济繁荣和社会进步做出了卓越的 贡献。 论文通过分析河北省利用外资的规模、结构以及外资企业的资产质量，总结了外资 企业发展特点，评价了外资企业对河北省产生的社会和经济效益。同时，对当前外资企 业存在的问题也进行了梳理，进而提出了促进河北省外资企业健康发展的对策建议。 论文基于 2012 年以来资本项目外汇管理政策的不断放开展开分析研究，通过访谈 调查和案例分析，获取了有效的数据资料，客观地总结了河北省外资企业的特点。同时 提出，促进河北省外资企业的健康发展需要着重加强外资企业的内部治理，以提高企业 竞争能力，并完善政府的相关政策，为外资企业提供稳定透明的外部经营环境。在国际 市场多变的情况下，企业还要加强市场分析，防范汇率变化带来的风险。 关键词 外资企业 投资规模 投资结构 内部治理 经营环境 I Abstract Abstract Adjacent to Beijing and Tianjin in Hebei province, belongs to the core of the Bohai sea economic circle area.
