【摘要】这些年通信技术、网络技术和多媒体技术的不断发展,加上教育改革和教育信息化的发展，通用教学网站在课程中得到了日益广泛的应用，成为革新传统教学模式、促进教育信息化发展和培养新型人才的重要工具。但通过对当前教师应用教学网站情况的调查，总体状况不容乐观。教学任务繁重、计算机操作水平所限和网站制作过程繁杂是影响教师应用学习网站的重要因素。 因此，拟设计和开发通用教学网站平台，帮助教师和学生解决应用教学网站中出现的问题。通过教学网站平台，降低制作教学网站的“技术门槛’，简化教学网站的设计过程，使教学网站的设计和制作简洁化、快速化。以此来提高教师应用教学网站的积极性，扩大教学网站的应用范围，加快教育信息化的进程。 本文通过对现代教学网站设计的现状进行分析，总结出存在的问题，采取相应的开发工作，全新定位整合资源，依托asp+access等免费实用的核心开发工具进行教学网络平台的基本开发，阐述网站开发的整个过程，制作出一个全面、灵活、生动的通用教学网络平台。实现通用远程网络教学平台的设计目标。 【关键词】 asp+access ，平台设计，数据库，通用教学网站 【 Abstract】With communication technology, network technology and multimedia technology unceasing development, plus education reform and the development of informationization, general education in the course teaching website get more extensive application of become innovation in the traditional teaching mode, promote education informatization development and training of new talents important tools.
