哲学视野下的和谐企业文化构建研究 摘 要 社会主义和谐社会是人类孜孜以求的一种美好社会，也是马克思主义 政党不懈追求的一种社会理想，中国共产党在2004 年就提出了要“构建社 会主义和谐社会”这一社会发展战略目标。在这种社会背景下，尤其是在 和谐文化提出之后，不少学者就提出了构建和谐企业文化这一设想。伴随 着我国社会主义市场经济体系的不断完善和现代企业制度的日趋健全，我 国企业如何适应“和谐社会”， 如何构建和谐企业，构建什么样的和谐企 业，如何构建以及构建成什么样的企业文化，已经成为一项十分重要的而 且是亟待解决的研究课题。 本文由五大部分组成：绪论部分介绍了本文选题的依据、国内外研究 现状、研究所采用的方法及论文的创新点和不足；第一章为和谐企业文化 概述，详细概述了和谐企业文化的思想来源、内涵、基本特征、主要功能 及构建和谐企业文化的意义；第二章为和谐企业文化的马克思主义哲学基 础，分别从马克思主义哲学的人本观、系统观、矛盾观及历史观角度阐述 了和谐企业文化的马克思主义哲学基础；第三章为和谐企业文化的构建， 主要讨论和谐企业文化构建的目标、原则和方法论，提出了构建和谐企业 文化的具体路径和措施；结语部分则对构建和谐企业文化做了总结和概括， 还对未来和谐企业文化的进一步发展提出了一些自己的见解和观点，以期 为中国和谐企业文化建设献言献策。 关键词：和谐,和谐企业文化,哲学基础,构建 I 哲学视野下的和谐企业文化构建研究 ABSTRACT The Socialist harmonious society is a better society that the human beings pursue for a long time, and it is a social ideal that the Marxism political party pursue relentlessly.
