精品论文 参考文献 关于产前诊断对降低出生缺陷率干预效果的探究 （四川省德阳市人民医院 四川德阳 618000） 　　【摘要】目的：对产前诊断使出生缺陷率降低的干预效果进行探究。方法：本院在产前对胎儿进行产前筛查、超声产前检查等检查,统计方法用chi;2检验，对出生缺陷发生率的变化进行统计分析。结果：本院2010年～2013年出生的围产儿总计10000例,男4200例,女5800例,发生出生缺陷的婴儿有170例,出生缺陷发生率为17permil;;发生的围产儿死亡率为14permil;,在发生婴儿死亡的病例中,出生缺陷发生率呈渐渐升高的趋势。通过进行孕妇的产前诊断,对在检查中查出的有畸形的胎儿孕妇可以适时的选择终止妊娠，这就使得足月活产儿出生缺陷率显著下降，chi;2=12.47,Plt;0.001,有显著的统计学意义。在畸形的种类中，神经管畸形发生率下降的最高,另外还有先天性心脏病、唐氏综合征、唇腭裂都有所下降。结论：在产前进行详细的检查，可以及时的发现胎儿患有的严重的缺陷，孕妇可以对此适时的选择终止妊娠，这就使胎儿出生后的缺陷发生率显著下降，提高了人口的质量，值得在临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】出生缺陷；产前诊断；终止妊娠；人口质量 　　【中图分类号】R714.53 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）12-0021-02 　　【Abstract】Objective To reduce birth defects intervention effect of prenatal diagnosis for inquiry. methods Prenatal screening, of the fetus in our hospital in the prenatal ultrasonic examination such as antenatal examination.
