精品论文 参考文献 乌司他丁、参麦联合治疗急性重症胰腺炎疗效观察 赵洪涛 赵春清 高立学 　　（保定市第二医院普通外科 河北 保定 071051） 　　【摘 要】目的：通过本课题研究以乌司他丁联合应用参麦注射液治疗急性重症胰腺炎，比较患者单独和联合用药的疗效。方法：选取本院 2010 年 -2013 年间收治的急性重症胰腺炎患者40例，随机分为两组：实验组（20例） 予联合用药治疗，对照组（20例）予单独应用乌司他丁治疗。观察治疗前、后前血尿淀粉酶、血WBC、AST各指标均数、APACHEⅡ评分及总有效率。结果：两组统计学意义明显(P﹤0.05)。结论：对于急性重症胰腺炎，乌司他丁与参麦注射液联合应用可控制病情的发展、提高治愈率，有重要临床意义，值得推广。 　　【关键词】重症急性胰腺炎；乌司他丁；参麦注射液 　　【中图分类号】R587 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1004-6194（2015）01-0268-02 　　Combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine to Treating Severe acute Pancreatitis. 　　Zhao Hong-tao，Zhao Chun-qing，Gao Li-xue 　　(The Second Hospital of Bao ding，General surgery dept，Bao ding，071051) 　　【Abstract】Objective：Results of our studies in curative effect of Ulinastin and shenmai injection against Severe acute Pancreatitis are reported in this paper.The effect of applying Ulinastin the single-drug therapy and applying of Ulinastin associated with shenmai injection are different. Method：The participants were drawn out of patients with clinically confirmed Severe acute Pancreatitis of mine Hospital from 2010 to 2013. The Severe acute pancreaitis of 40 respectively. The patients were divided two groups: experimental group and comparative group，20 cases in each group. experimental group:combination therapy with Ulinastin and Shenmai injection , comparative group :single-drug therapy with only Results Ulinastin.Dynamic index inspection wer applied pre-and post-therapy,including biood,urine amylase，WBC，ALT，APACHEⅡ criteria and total effective rate. Curative effect evaluation were made based on the changes of these indexes. Results：In severe acute pancreaitis patients，there，s a statistically significant different between experimental group and comparative group(P﹤0.05).
