精品论文 参考文献 乌司他丁治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征的临床疗效观察 聂爱玲 　　焦作市人民医院 河南焦作 454002 　　【摘 要】目的：观察和评价分析机械通气与乌司他丁治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合症的临床疗效。方法：选取2012年8月到2014年10月我院收治和64例急性呼吸窘迫综合症患者的资料，随机分成两组，每组各32例，其中对照组采用机械通气进行治疗，观察组在此基础上给予乌司他丁联合治疗，观察两组的呼吸频率、PaO2、PaO2/FiO2、PaCO2、APACHEⅡ评分、胸片变化、VAP发生率及病死率。结果：通过临床分析，观察组的呼吸频率、PaO2、PaO2/FiO2、PaCO2等指标均优于对照组（Plt;0.05），显著差异具有统计意义；观察组的VAP发生率明显小于对照组的，两组之间的APACHEⅡ评分及胸片变化均有明显差异，P均lt;0.05显著差异且具有统计学意义。结论：机械通气联合乌司他丁治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合症的临床疗效较好，能够很好地改善肺功能，缓解急性呼吸窘迫综合症患者症状，提高安全可靠性，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】机械通气；乌司他丁；急性呼吸窘迫综合症 　　【中图分类号】R563 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）8-0129-02 　　Analysis on the Clinical Effect of the Treatment of Ulinastatin in the Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome 　　Nie ai-ling 　　（Jiaozuo Peoples Hospital，Henan 454002，Jiaozuo，China） 　　【Abstract】Objective:To observe and evaluate the analysis of the mechanical ventilation with ulinastatin clinical curative effect for the treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome.Methods:From August 2012 to October 2014, our hospital and 64 cases of patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome, randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in each group, control group adopts mechanical ventilation treatment,observation group based on the given Ulinastatin combined treatment,observe the two groups of respiratory frequency,PaO2,PaO2/FiO2,PaCO2, APACHE Ⅱ score,chest radiograph changes,the incidence of VAP and fatality rate.
