精品论文 参考文献 乙型肝炎表面抗体阳性与保护性免疫力关系分析 罗莉 　　（重庆市綦江区疾病预防控制中心 重庆 401420） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨乙型肝炎表面抗体阳性与保护性免疫力的关系。方法：选择某接种门诊2012年1月～2013年12月200名经乙肝疫苗按标准程序预防接种后的小儿作为A组，另选择出生时未经疫苗接种的自然感染抗HBs阳性者50例作为B组，分别测定乙型肝炎表面抗体(抗-HBs)和血清中乙型肝炎病毒(PCR-HBV DNA)。结果：200例接种疫苗儿童中179例抗一HBs阳性，21例抗一HBs阴性。179例抗一HBs阳性儿童中抗-HBs P/N值gt;10者155例（86.59%）。B组50例中8例检出HBV DNA。28例抗体P/N值gt;10者仅2例HBV DNA阳性(7.14%)，而22例P/N值lt;10者就有6例HBV DNA阳性(27.27%)。结论：乙型肝炎表面抗体阳性者不代表机体可以免受乙型肝炎病毒的感染，判断是否有保护性免疫力应联系抗体滴度的高低。 　　【关键词】 肝炎抗体；乙型；肝炎疫苗；免疫 　　【中图分类号】R575.1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）21-0202-02 　　Hepatitis b surface antibody positive relation with protective immunity analysis Luo Li. 　　The Qijiang Count In Chongqing District Center for Disease Control and Prevention 　　【Abstract】Objective To study the hepatitis b surface antibody positive relationship with the protective immunity. Results 200 cases of 200 children with vaccination against a HBs positive, 21 cases of the HBs negative. In 179 children with resistance to the HBs positive anti - HBs P/N value gt; 10 155 cases (86.59%). B group of 50 cases, 8 cases of HBV DNA detection. 28 cases antibodies P/N value gt; 10 only 2 cases of HBV DNA positive (7.14%), and 22 cases of P/N value lt; 10 person there are 6 cases of HBV DNA positive (27.27%).
