First, ind ica tors and dates have been chosen from the perform ance of listed com pan ies, and factor analysis, correlation analysis and re gression analys is have been m ade. The effects of perform ance of com pany on entrepreneur!s reputation based on listed com pan ies have been explored, and the relation m odel of entrepreneur!s reputation and performance of com panies has been bu ilt. This paper verifies that there are sign ifican t correlations bewt een indicators of perform ance of com pany and entrepre neur!s repu tation, and the rate of cap ital accumu lation and assetliability ratio in the underlying indicators have m ost to do w ith entrepreneur!s reputation. The paper verifies that entrepreneur!s good reputation can upgrade their financing capacity and capital accum ulation capacity in cap italm arket.
