精品论文 参考文献 外伤性肝脾损伤急救手术的护理配合分析 岳阳市广济医院望岳路社区卫生服务中心 湖南岳阳 414000 　　【摘 要】目的：分析外伤性肝脾损伤急救手术的护理配合效果。方法：根据是否采取综合性护理对68例外伤性肝脾损伤患者进行分组；对照组32例，采取常规急救手术护理；观察组36例，在对照组的基础上，采取综合性护理；对比两组患者的卧床时间、住院时间、并发症发生率和护理满意度，综合评价手术治疗效果，并作对比分析。结果：观察组患者的卧床时间、住院时间均短于对照组，并发症发生率小于对照组，护理满意度大于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者手术治疗总有效率为94.44%，大于对照组的78.13%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：综合性护理可协同提高外伤性肝脾损伤急救手术的治疗效果，对于加快术后康复、减少并发症发生均具有积极作用。 　　【关键词】外伤性肝脾损伤；急救手术；综合性护理 　　 　　Nursing analysis of traumatic injury and emergency surgery 　　Zhuyihua 　　Yueyang City Central Hospital Wang Yue Road community health service center Hunan Yueyang 414000 　　[Abstract] Objective：to analyze the nursing effect of traumatic injury and emergency surgery. Methods：according to whether to take group of 68 patients with traumatic splenic injury comprehensive nursing；32 cases in the control group received routine emergency nursing operation；36 cases in the observation group，on the basis of the control group，take comprehensive nursing care；two groups were compared in bed time，hospitalization time，complications and nursing care comprehensive evaluation of satisfaction，surgical treatment，and make comparative analysis. Results：the observation group patients bed time，hospitalization time was shorter than the control group，the complication rate is less than the control group，nursing satisfaction than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（Plt;0.05）；surgical treatment of patients in the observation group the total effective rate was 94.44%，higher than 78.13% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（Plt;0.05）.
