******学院本科生毕业设计 小区物业管理系统 Residential Property Management System 院 系 数学与计算机科学系 专 业 信息管理与信息系统 _ 班 级 _***级 姓 名 ****** 学 号 ************ 指导教师单位 数学与计算机科学系 指导教师姓名 ****88 指导教师职称 ****** 小区物业管理系统 信息管理与信息系统***级 ****** 指导教师 ****** 摘要 随着房地产业的蓬勃发展，住宅小区已经成为居住的主流，小区物业管理也应运而生。小区物业管理主要涉及到大量的业主资料、繁杂的收费统计以及小区各项资源的管理，其工作流程的繁杂性、多样化、管理复杂、收缴费用与设备维护繁琐，传统的人工管理方式难以应付。小区物业管理系统就是为小区管理者更好的开展小区各项业务处理工作而开发的管理软件，利用计算机实现对小区物业高效、准确的维护和管理；主要包括对房产信息管理、收费管理、物业管理、数据统计等功能模块的设计，用计算机替代人工作业，节约了原来用于手写、保管各种单据的人工成本和时间成本，简化了操作流程，提高物业管理人员工作效率和积极性；提高记账的准确性，省略了手工核对的工作量，提高了工作效率。因此，我们需要开发一套高效率、无差错的小区物业管理系统软件，这将给物业信息的查询和管理带来很大的方便，从而更能提高物业管理人员的工作效率和准确率，这也是物业管理正规化、现代化的重要标志。 经过分析，我使用Visual Basid开发工具，使用SQL Server2000建立后台数据库，根据Visual Basid面向对象、可视化的特点，首先在建设系统应用原型，然后，对初始原型系统进行需求迭代，不断修正和改进直到形成用户满意的可行系统。 关键词：小区物业 ， VisualBasic ， SQLServer2000 Residential Property Management System Information Management and Information System 2006 Nong XingLian Assistant LiuXiaoping Abstract With the vigorous development of real estate industry, residential area has become the mainstream of living, residential property management also arises at the historic moment.
