·1624· 浙江临床医学2013年11月第15卷第11期 肝癌患者手术部位感染病原菌和影响因素分析 刘永生  翁溢鑫  吴聪  戴贵森 【摘要】 目的 探究并分析肝癌患者手术部位感染病原菌分布和影响因素，为采取针对性的预防干预措施提供参 考依据。方法 2008年3月至2013年3月收治的314例肝癌患者，采用自编问卷收集肝癌患者的临床资料，运用SPSS19.0 统计软件包对收集的资料进行描述性统计和二分类Logistic 回归分析找出肝癌患者手术部位感染病原菌和影响因素。结 果 肝癌患者手术部位感染发生率为16.88% （53/314 ），以革兰阴性菌为主（占67.67% ）。多因素Logistic 回归分析示高 P P P 龄≥65岁（OR=5.040 ， =0.000 ）、营养不良（OR=18.322 ， =0.000 ）、手术持续时间5h （OR=12.372 ， =0.000 ）和糖 P 尿病史（OR=16.141 ， =0.000 ）是肝癌患者手术部位感染的危险因素。结论 肝癌患者手术部位感染发生率较高，以革 兰阴性菌为主，其发生受多方面因素影响。 【关键词】 肝癌 手术部位 感染 病原菌 影响因素 【Abstract 】 Objective To summarize the surgical site infection pathogenic bacteria distribution and influential factors of cancer of the liver in order to provide reference basis for targeted prevention and intervention measures. Methods Three hundred and fourteen cancer patients of the liver who were treated in the general surgery department in our hospital from March 2008 to March 2013 were selected as observation objects ，the clinical data of cancer patients were collected by the self-made general data questionnaire ，they were analysed by descriptive statistics and binary classification logistic regression analysis to find out the surgical site infection pathogenic bacteria distribution and influential factors of cancer of the liver. Results The surgical site infection rate of cancer of the liver was 16.88% （53/314 ），the most common infection of pathogenic bacteria was mainly gram-negative bacteria （67.67% ）. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that venerable age≥65 （OR=5.040 ， P P P =0.000 ），malnutrition （OR=18.322 ， =0.000 ），surgical duration5 hours （OR=12.372 ， =0.000 ） and history of diabetes （OR=16.141 ，P=0.000 ） had risk factors of cancer of the li
