Methods According to“Hygienical Standards of Centralized air-conditioning ventilation System in Public Places” ( 2006 Edition) , respectively from May to October in 2014, 2015 in Guiyang City part of the supermarkets, hotels, office buildings in the central air conditioning ventilation system of cooling water and condensate eosinophilic Legionella pollution condition investigation. Results The detection rates of Legionella were 5. 56%, 25. 00% in cooling water and condensed water respectively. Legionella pneumophila was not detected in all samples. The samples of Legionella positive were from hotel hotels, and the positive detection rate was 11. 76%. Conclusion In Guiyang City, there were potential risk in central air conditioning ventilation system, though Legionella pneumophila was not detected from cooling water and condensed water.
