疾病编码的规范应用对DRGs的影响 张雪飞 化州市人民医院 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 目的 研究疾病诊断相关分组 (DRGs) 过程中实施新型疾病编码统一规范管理的临床价值。方法 选取80例2015年112月实施新型疾病编码统一规范管理前的出院患者作为对照组, 另选取80例2016年112月实施新型疾病编码统一规范管理后的出院患者作为观察组。对比两组疾病诊断相关分组过程中差错事件的发生情况、相关工作人员对两组管理模式的满意度、两组疾病诊断管理优良情况。结果 观察组疾病诊断相关分组过程中差错事件发生率为2.5%, 低于对照组的10.0%, 差异具有统计学意义 (P0.05) 。相关工作人员对观察组管理模式的满意度为96.25%, 高于对照组的76.25%, 差异具有统计学意义 (P0.05) 。观察组疾病诊断管理优良率为95.00%, 高于对照组的76.25%, 差异具有统计学意义 (P0.05) 。结论 疾病诊断相关分组过程中实施新型疾病编码统一规范管理, 可以使病历管理工作更加科学, 减少差错性事件, 降低相关工作人员的工作量, 提升其对管理模式的满意度。 关键词： 疾病诊断相关分组; 新型疾病编码; 效果; 收稿日期：2017-09-01 Impact of normative applications of disease coding on DRGs ZHANG Xue-fei Huazhou City Peoples Hospital; Abstract： Objective To study the clinical value of standardized management of novel disease codes in the process of disease diagnosis related groups (DRGs) . Methods A total of 80 patients receiving from January to December 2015 discharged before implement of standardized management of new disease codes were taken as the control group, and 80 patients receiving from January to December 2016 discharged after implement of standardized management of new disease codes were taken as the observation group. Comparison were made on occurrence of error events in the process of disease diagnosis related groups, relevant staff satisfaction with the two groups of management models, and disease diagnosis and management excellent rate. Results The observation group had lower incidence of error events in the process of disease diagnosis related groups as 2.5% than 10.0%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05) . The satisfaction degree of related staff in the observation group was 96.25%, which was higher than 76.25% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05) .
