Methods: Combined with post setting and professional development needs, a total of 14 staff received hierarchical training from January to December 2016 in terms of their seniority, professional title, educational background and ability. Targeted training content was prepared and the applied ( hierarchical) training model was combined with methods like morning meeting question training, field nursing ward round training of three major sterilization and supply areas. After training, the staff received theory and skill assessment, quality spot check and satisfaction survey. The results were compared with those before training. Results: After the hierarchical training, the levels of theoretical knowledge, skill operation, quality of work and clinical satisfaction were higher than those before the training, and the differences were statistically significant ( P 0. 05) . Conclusion: An obvious effect is observed for hierarchical training after it is applied in the sterilization and supply center, so it can be promoted and applied in the sterilization and supply center.
