Thereby, to provid theoretical basis and suggestions to the government for formulating and improving kindergarten health management. MethodsTo analyze the annal reports of collective childrens health care in Fujian province from 2009 to 2016. Results The total number of kindergarten was increasing year by year in Fujian Province, and there were mainly full-time form (70.70%) . Kindergartens above county (district) level had increased to 13.14% in 2016. The total number of health care providers was increasing year by year in Fujian Province, and the proportion of health care providers and children was 1:195 in 2016. The rates of child physical examination, eye care, oral health care and hearing care were increasing to 96.99%, 78.68%, 76.53% and 33.39%. Conclusion The overall level of health care in kindergartens in Fujian Province is satisfactory, however, there was a gap with the national requirements. More attentions should be paid to improve the health care in kindergartens to promote children physical and mental health. Keyword：
