In order to satisfy the requirements of higher level decision making in radio monito ring system and intelligent monitoring services ,a radio monitoring data warehouse was designed based on the prepro cessing of the data collected from existing radio monitoring system. First ,ETL CExtract/Transform/L刷d) rules were defined to collect data from application systems and information platforms. Second ,an unknown signal data cube was built after the design of dimensions , measures , and levels.
