口服伊曲康唑与氟康唑治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的疗效及费用情况分析 谭妙华 吴江 广东省江门市新会区皮肤医院 广州市第一人民医院皮肤科 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 目的:探讨口服伊曲康唑与氟康唑治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的临床疗效及费用情况。方法:整取抽样2015年1月2016年2月门诊治疗的马拉色毛囊炎患者54例, 按随机数字表法分为两组:对照组27例, 给予氟康唑胶囊150mg/d, 1次/d;观察组27例, 给予伊曲康唑胶囊200mg/d, 1次/d。两组均治疗4周后, 比较两组用药效果及用药成本。结果:两组用药总有效率比较差异无统计学意义 (P0.05) , 且两组均无严重不良反应发生;但观察组用药费用低于对照组 (P0.05) 。结论:对马拉色毛囊炎患者采取氟康唑和伊曲康唑治疗均安全、有效, 但伊曲康唑用药成本相对较低, 更经济实惠。 关键词： 马拉色毛囊炎; 氟康唑; 伊曲康唑; 作者简介：谭妙华 (1971-) , 女, 汉族, 广东新会人, 皮肤科主治医师。 收稿日期：2017-03-02 Clinical Effect and Expenses of Oral Itraconazole and Fluconazole in the Treatment of Malassezia Folliculitis Tan Miaohua Xinhui Skin Hospital, Jiangmen, Guangdong Province; Abstract： Objective:To probe into the clinical effect and expenses of oral itraconazole and fluconazole in the treatment of malassezia folliculitis.Methods:54 cases of patients with malassezia folliculitis treated in a department of outpatient from January 2015 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.27 cases in the control group were given fluconazole capsules of 150 mg/d, 1 times/d, while 27 cases in the observation group were given the itraconazole capsules of 200 mg/d, 1 times/d.4 weeks after the treatment, the treatment effects and drug costs were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P0.05) , and there were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups, but the cost of medication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P0.05) .Conclusion:Itraconazole and fluconazole in the treatment of malassezia folliculitis is safe and effective, but the medication costs of itraconazole are relatively low, and more affordable.
