This solution is used to fit the frequently and rapid and mobility characteristic of nodes and terminal and support the dynamic network, breakdown self-recovery and mobility communication with given condition and fit the demand of reliability and flexibility and security of network. This thesis elaborates the research background of the project, significance and the present situation of related technology, and then dedicates the basic concepts of the mobility management. A difference between the normative IMS network and the dedicated communication network
