精品论文 参考文献 浅谈尿常规检验中的尿沉渣与尿常规相关性研究 哈尔滨市工业集团职工医院 150030 摘要：目的 探讨并分析尿常规检验中的尿沉渣与尿常规相关性。方法 此次研究的对象是选择2014年9月—2015年5月入住我院行尿液检验者126例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并根据单盲随机分组。63例进入实验组，给予尿沉渣检验；余63例进入对照组，给予尿常规检验。观察对比结果。结果 ①对照组中，尿蛋白阴性率82.54%，阳性率17.46%。白细胞阴性率77.78%，阳性率22.22%。红细胞阴性率76.19%，阳性率23.81%；实验组中，尿蛋白阴性率84.13%，阳性率15.87%。白细胞阴性率79.37%，阳性率20.63%。红细胞阴性率77.78%，阳性率22.22%。两组红细胞、尿蛋白、白细胞阳性率及阴性率相比，差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）。②两组尿蛋白阳性符合9例，阴性符合52例，（52/63），检验总符合率96.83%。白细胞阳性符合11例，阴性符合48例，检验总符合率93.65%。红细胞阳性符合13例，阴性符合47例，检验总符合率95.23%。检验符合率较高。结论 尿常规检验中尿沉渣与尿常规均有重要意义，可联合两种方法检验，提高准确性。 关键词：尿液检验；尿沉渣；尿常规；相关性 [Abstract] Objective To study and analysis of urine routine test in urine and urine correlation. Methods this study was conducted in 126 patients who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to September 2014 in our hospital. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. There were 63 cases in the experimental group，given the urinary sediment examination；the remaining 63 cases into the control group given routine urine test. Observe and compare the results. Results in the control group，the urine protein negative rate was 82.54%，the positive rate was 17.46%. The positive rate of white blood cells was 77.78%，and the positive rate was 22.22%. The negative rate of red cells was 76.19%，the positive rate was 23.81%. The positive rate was 84.13%，the positive rate was 15.87%. The positive rate of white blood cells was 79.37%，and the positive rate was 20.63%. The negative rate of red blood cells was 77.78%，the positive rate was 22.22%. Two groups of red blood cells，urine protein，white blood cell positive rate and the negative rate compared，the difference was not statistically significant（Pgt;0.05）. Two groups of urine protein positive in line with 9 cases，52 cases were negative，（52/63），the total compliance rate of 96.83%. White blood cells were positive in 11 cases，negative in 48 cases，and the total compliance rate was 93.65%. Red blood cells
