精品论文 参考文献 牙周局部缓释药物治疗牙周炎的临床疗效分析 哈尔滨市阿城区人民医院 黑龙江哈尔滨 150300 【摘 要】目的：对牙周炎患者采用局部缓释药派力奥进行治疗的临床疗效进行探讨，分析牙周局部缓释药物对于牙周炎的疗效，为牙周炎患者后期的治疗提供借鉴和指导。方法：抽取我院收治的牙周炎患者，随机分成实验组和对照组两组各40例。实验组采用局部缓释药派力奥治疗，给予对照组明胶海绵甲硝唑复合制剂进行治疗，并对比两组的治疗效果。结果：两组的各项临床指标在基线时差异不显著（P ＞ 0.05）。而在治疗后第1 周、第4 周和第8 周时，实验组的各项临床指标均显著低于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）；同时，在治疗总有效率上，实验组显著高于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）。两组均没有严重并发症出现。结论：牙周局部缓释剂的应用对临床上一些特殊牙周炎的治疗起到了很好的辅助作用，尤其随着复合药物和牙周组织再生研究的发展，牙周局部缓释剂在临床治疗中的应用必将更加广泛。因此，运用缓释剂对患者进行治疗具有极高价值。 【关键词】牙周炎；局部缓释剂；疗效 Efficacy of periodontal sustained release drug in the treatment of periodontitis Abstract：Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of local delayed release of paliperol in the treatment of periodontitis，and to analyze the effect of periodontal local sustained-release drug on periodontitis，and to provide reference for the treatment of periodontitis patients.guide.METHODS：Forty patients with periodontitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated with local slow-release drug Palio，and the control group was treated with metronidazole compound gelatin sponge，and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results：There were no significant differences in clinical parameters between the two groups at baseline（Pgt; 0.05）.（P lt;0.05）.At the same time，the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P lt;0.05），while the clinical index of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group at the first week，the fourth week and the eighth week Control group（P lt;0.05）.No serious complication occurred in either group.Conclusion：The application of periodontal local sustained-release agents has played a very good supporting role in the treatment of some special periodontitis.Especially with the development of compound drug and periodontal tissue regeneration，periodontal local sustained- Treatment of the application will be more extensive.Therefore，the use of sustained-rel
