中文 摘 要
目的:比较碘仿糊剂、Vitapex,mineraltrioxideaggregggate(MTA)和氢氧化钙
(calciumhydroxide,CH)诱导犬年轻恒牙根尖形成的效果。
方法:选用3-4个月犬的36颗恒切牙，随机分为四组。建立慢性牙髓炎模型后，
常规清理根管并封木馏油棉捻，一周后根管内分别充填碘仿糊剂、
Vitapex,MTA和CH，根充术后12周处死动物。常规制作组织学切片，
用组织形态学表现并辅助计算机图文分析系统评价硬组织形成情况。
结果:
1.在诱导根尖闭合的程度上，MTA组优于碘仿组((P<0.05).
2 四种材料在诱导根尖硬组织形成的量1=无显著性差异(P>0.05).
3.组织形态学观察:MTA组为成熟的牙骨质;Vitapex和CH组为类牙骨质和
大量的成牙骨质细胞;碘仿组为少量的类牙骨质、胶原纤维和毛细血管。
结论:
.MTA诱导根尖硬组织形成的速度快十其它三种材料;
2.用碘仿控制根管感染后，不用诱导剂，牙根可继续形成，但所需时间延长;
3.根尖屏障形成的速度与根尖的发育程度有关。

(Abstract)
[Objective]Thisstudywastocomparetheefficacyofiodoform paste,Vitapex,
mineraltrioxideaggregate(MTA)withthatofcalciumhydroxideintheapexification
inimmaturerootsofdogs.
[Methods]Thirty-sixrootsofpermanentincisorswereused.Afterestablishinga
modelofchronicpulpitis,thecanalsweredebridedandcreosotepelletwereplacedin
thecanals.After1week,therootcanalsreceivedoneofthetreatmentmaterials.The
animalswereeuthanized12weekslater.Thensectionswerepreparedroutinelyand
thedegreeofhardtissueformationwasevaluatedhistomorphical坟

1.TheefficacyofMTAindegreeofapicalclosurewasbetterthanthatofiodoform
paste(P<0.05)
2.Thedifferenceintheareaofhardtissueformationamongthefourtestmaterials
wasnotstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05)
3.Histomorphicalobservation:Thematureacementumwasobservedinsectionsof
MTA.ThecementoidandalotofcellwereobservedinthesectionsofVitapex
andcalciumhydroxide.Asmallquantityofcementoid,collagenfiberand
capillaryvesselwereobservedinthesectionsofiodoformpaste.
[Conclusion]
1.ThespeedofinducinghardtissureformationofMTAcanbemorerapidthanthat
oftheothertheretestmaterials.
2.Therootapexcancloseduringpreventinginfectionofrootcanalwithiodoform
paste,butittakesmoretimethanusinginductionagent.
