精品论文 参考文献 甘草泻心汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效的meta分析 马金昀 胡建东（通讯作者） 　　【摘 要】 目的 系统评价甘草泻心汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡（RAU）的有效性。方法 全面检索中国期刊全文数据库、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统、万方医药期刊数据库，以“甘草泻心汤”和“复发性口腔溃疡或复发性阿弗他溃疡”为并列检索词，检索甘草泻心汤治疗RAU的随机对照临床试验文献，时间区间设定为2005年1月1日-2015年10月30日。按照Cochrane系统评价手册推荐的简单评价法，评价纳入研究的方法学质量，软件版本为Review Manger 5.3,采用优势比指标作为比较变量。结果 最终纳入6个随机对照临床试验，共617例研究对象，meta分析显示，OR值为4.82,95%CI为（2.13,7.34）, Plt;0.001。结论 甘草泻心汤治疗RAU治疗效果优于对照组。由于评价所纳入的文献存在质量缺陷及异质性，需要高质量大样本、双盲的随机对照试验全面评价甘草泻心汤治疗RAU的临床疗效。 　　【关键词】 甘草泻心汤； 复发性口腔溃疡； 随机对照试验； 系统评价； meta分析 　　Gancao Xiexin Decoction in the Treatment of Recurrent Aphthous Ulcers: A Meta-analysis 　　【Abstract】 Objective To eualuate the effects of Gancao Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of Recurrent Aphthous Ulcers,provide evidence for clinical application and further study. Methods According to the parallel retrieval words of Gancao Xiexin Decoction and Recurrent Aphthous Ulcers or Recurrent Aphthous Stomatitis were searched in China National Knowledge infrastructure(CNKI),Chinese VIP database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM) and WanFang Database of paper using computer.The systematic literature review identified 6 randomized controlled trials (RCTs), which were published from January 2005 to October 2015．According to the Cochrane system evaluation was recommended, the evaluation method of evaluation into the methodological quality of the research, software version for Review was indicative of 5.3, as the odds ratio index is variable. Result Eventually into 6 randomized controlled clinical trial, a total of 617 cases of the research object, the meta analysis showed that, the OR value of 4.82, 95% CI (2.13,7 .13),Plt;0.001). Conclusion Gancao Xiexin decoction treatment is better than the control.Due to the evaluation in existence quality defects and the heterogeneity of literature, high quality, more samples, double-blind randomized controlled trial of the comprehensive evaluation of Gancao Xiexin decoction clinical curative effect is needed for t
