精品论文 参考文献 甲状腺相关眼病生活质量的探讨 （上海市第二军医大学长征医院 上海 200003） 　　【摘要】 目的：对甲状腺相关眼病患者的生活质量影响因素进行分析，为临床治疗提供参考。方法：选择2013年至2014年收治的30例甲状腺相关眼病（Thyroid Assicoated Ophthalmopathy TAO）患者并定义为TAO组，另选择同期进行健康体检的30例人群最为对照组，用SQOL-DV评价两组人群的生活质量，并给予TAO患者临床治疗后观察治疗前后生活质量情况，最后对TAO患者生活质量影响较大的因素进行分析。结果：TAO组患者的视功能、身体机能以及精神心理等得分均显著低于正常人群（Plt;0.05）；经过治疗后患者以上的生活质量得到显著的改善（Plt;0.05）；年龄、性别、复视症状均是影响TAO患者生活质量的因素。结论：TAO患者的生活质量低于正常人群，在临床治疗时要根据相关影响因素进行对症治疗。 　　【关键词】 甲状腺相关眼病；生活质量；SQOL-DV 　　【中图分类号】R581 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）26-0053-02 　　Study on quality of life in patients with thyroid associated diseases Zhang Yun,Liang Wenjun,Wei Ruili(correspondent author). 　　The Long March Hospital of Second Military Medical University, Shanghai 200003, China 　　【Abstract】Objective The factors affecting the quality of life of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy patients were analyzed to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods Choose from 2013 to 2014 from 30 cases of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy patients and defined as the Tao Group and other selected at the same health examination in 30 cases of the crowd as the control group. Finally on the quality of life in patients with Tao influence larger factors were analyzed.Results Tao Group of patients with visual function, physical function, psychological scores were significantly lower than normal crowd (P lt; 0.05); after treatment than patients quality of life was significantly improved (P lt; 0.05); age, gender, symptoms of diplopia are the impact of TAO patients quality of life factors. Conclusion The quality of life of TAO patients is lower than that of normal people.
