精品论文 参考文献 留置气囊导尿管导致尿道损伤原因分析及护理对策 （中铁二局集团中心医院外科 成都 四川 610031） 摘要：目的：分析留置气囊导尿管导致男性尿道损伤的具体原因，研究临床护理对策，为临床预防男性尿道损伤提供理论依据。方法：回顾性分析我科2004年8月至2014年9月之间收治的10例男性患者留置气囊导尿管后导致尿道受损的具体情况，研究留置气囊导尿管对男性患者尿道造成的损伤，分析具体原因。结果：通过分析发现留置气囊导尿管导致男性患者尿道损伤的具体原因包括护理过程操作不当，患者心理因素影响、尿道自身原因及患者合作程度。在临床护理中及时发现问题改进护理方法，明显降低了男性尿道损伤的几率。结论：留置气囊导尿管时要充分了解男性尿道的生理特点，操作前做好解释沟通工作，操作时必须规范严谨，注意患者情绪控制，术后注意对患者的护理与健康指导，预防并发症，可有效降低受损几率。 关键词:男性患者；留置气囊导尿管；尿道损伤；原因分析；护理 Nursing and analysis of Indwelling balloon catheter urethra injury Fu Cuihua (Surgery department of Central hospital affiliated China Railway Erju Group Corporation,ChengDu,Si Chuan, 610031) Abstract:Objective:Analyze the reason why indwelling catheter causes the male urinary catheter injury, and find out clinical nursing methodsto provide basis for clinical prevention of male urinary catheter injury.Methods:In my department, there are 10 male patients got urethral injured after indwelling catheter when treated during August 2004 and September 2014.To make retrospective analysis of the cases and start further research of the specific reasons.Results: According to the research, the reason why indwelling catheter cause male urinary injury includes: the improper operation of the nursing process, mental factors, individual differences, and the cooperation between patients and doctors. To improve methods in clinical nursing can decrease the probability of male urethral injury.Conclusions: Take fully understanding of the physiological characteristics of male urethra before indwelling catheter and make a good communication with patients. The operation must be done with strict rules. Doctors should pay attention to patientsrsquo; emotion and tell them health guidance after the operation. This can prevent complications and reduce the damage probability.
