精品论文 参考文献 硬质灭菌盒在精密贵重器械管理中的应用效果研究 施晨英 唐盼盼 姚卓娅 [摘 要]目的：研究硬质灭菌盒在精密贵重器械管理中的应用效果。方法：资料随机选取2013年6月-2014年6月本院精密贵重医疗器械62套，按照完全双盲法随机分为两组，对照组31套精密贵重器械给予双层全棉布包装，研究组31套精密贵重器械给予硬质灭菌盒包装，观察并比较两组器械灭菌效果，医护满意度及成本效益。结果：在两组器械灭菌效果均符合灭菌质量检测要求基础上，研究组灭菌有效期长于对照组，比较差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组医护满意度高于对照组，同时成本效益优于对照组，比较差异均具统计学意义（P＜0.05，P＜0.01）。结论：硬质灭菌盒在精密贵重器械管理中具有积极应用效果，不仅能够达到理想灭菌质检要求，而且灭菌有效期较长，可提高医护人员满意度，降低成本效益，对医院发展具有积极推动作用。 [关键词]硬质灭菌盒 精密贵重器械 管理 效果 DOI:10.3760/cma.j.issn.1672-7088.2015.9.48 作者单位：450003 ，河南平顶山，河南省平顶山市人民医院消毒供应中心 作者简介：施晨英（1971—），女，本科，河南省平顶山市人民医院消毒供应中心主管护师，主要从事消毒供应方面的工作。 The Application of Hard Sterilization Boxes in the Management of Precious Precision Instruments Shi Chenying, Tang Panpan, Yao Zhuoya Abstract: Objective To study the application of hard sterilization boxes in the management of precious precision instruments. Methods: The data of 62 sets of precious medical precision instruments selected in the authorsrsquo; hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 by the fully double-blind method were randomly divided into two groups. 31 sets of precious precision instruments in the control group were given complete double-layer cotton packing, whereas the 31 sets in the study group were packaged with hard sterilization boxes. The sterilization effect, satisfaction of the medical staff and cost-effectiveness of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The sterilization effect of two groups of instruments were both in line with the requirement of sterilization quality test, but the validity period of the sterilization in the study group was longer than that of the control group, the difference being statistically significant (Plt;0.05). The satisfaction of medical staff in the study group was higher than that of the control group and the cost-effectiveness was better than the control group, both with statistically significant differences (Plt;0.05, Plt;0.01).
