精品论文 参考文献 综合性护理干预对原发性肝癌患者焦虑状况影响的研究 陈静 　　（泸州医学院附属医院肝胆外科 四川泸州 646000） 　　【摘要】目的：探讨综合性护理干预对原发性肝癌患者焦虑情绪的作用效果。方法：选取医院2014年3月～2015年3月收治的98例原发性肝癌患者，随机分成观察组和对照组，每组49例，观察组采取综合性护理干预，对照组采取常规护理干预，比较分析两组患者护理前后焦虑情绪的变化情况。结果：经过精心护理后，两组患者的SAS评分均有所下降，且对照组患者术前焦虑值为（37.12plusmn;8.56）分，观察组患者术前焦虑值为（24.33plusmn;4.86）分，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（t=9.776 P=0.005lt;0.05）。结论：综合性护理干预可以有效减轻原发性肝癌患者术前的焦虑情绪，缓解患者的紧张状况，提高患者的生活质量，增强其配合治疗的信心。 　　【关键词】综合性护理干预；原发性肝癌；焦虑 　　【中图分类号】R473 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2015）06-0005-02 　　The study of comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety of patients with primary liver cancer Chen Jing. 　　(Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery, Luzhou Medical College Affiliated Hospital, Luzhou 646000, China) 　　【Abstract】Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety of patients with primary liver cancer. Methods A total of 98 patients with primary liver cancer, which would received transcatheter arterial chemoembolizatio between March 2014 and March 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 49 cases each group. The control group routine received the routine nursing, and the observation group was given the comprehensive nursing intervention. After that, the score of SAS before and after the nursing was compared between two groups. Results After the nursing intervention, scores of SAS in two groups were decreased than before. The scores of SAS in the observation group was (24.33plusmn;4.86),which was significantly lower than the control group, with the score of SAS (37.12plusmn;8.56). There was a significant difference between two groups（t=9.776 P=0.005＜0.05）. Conclusion The comfortable nursing care could effectively relieve the negative emotion and anxiety of patients with primary liver cancer, improve the living quality and enhance the self-confidence of actively cooperating with the treatment. 　　【Key words】Comprehensive Nursing Intervention; Primary Liver Cancer
