精品论文 参考文献 羊水和脐血尿酸、乳酸水平评估不良胎心监护图形的探讨 田越 　　(临沂市沂水中心医院 276400) 　　【摘要】目的 探讨羊水和脐动脉血尿酸、乳酸值与评估产时不良电子胎心监护(electronic fetal heart rate monitoring，EFM)图形的关系价值。方法134例产妇根据产时电子胎心监护图分为两组，EFM出现不良图形者为研究组，EFM图形正常，羊水清者为对照组，分别检测其羊水及脐动脉血尿酸、乳酸水平。结果 研究组羊水及脐动脉血尿酸、乳酸水平均明显高于对照组，羊水尿酸、乳酸水平与脐动脉血尿酸、乳酸水平呈显著正相关。结论 羊水和脐血尿酸、乳酸值的测定对不良EFM图形病例胎儿窘迫的诊断有积极的临床价值。 　　【关键词】羊水 脐血 尿酸 乳酸 胎儿窘迫 不良电子胎心监护图形 　　【中图分类号】R714.5 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）34-0032-02 　　EVALUATION VALUE OF NON-REASSURING FETAL HEART RATE PATTERNS BY URIC ACID AND LACTATE 　　TESTED IN AMNIOTIC FLUID AND NEWBORN CORD BLOOD 　　【Abstract】Objectives：To explore the evaluation value of non-reassuring fetal heart rate(FHR) patterns by uric acid and lactate tested in both amniotic fluid and newborn cord blood. Methods 134-term singleton pregnant women were chosen and divided into two groups: non-reassuring FHR patterns as the study group and 7 normal patterns as the control group. Amniotic fluid and umbilical artery blood were collected during and immediately after the CS, the levels of uric acid and lactate were measured. Results:There were significant differences in mean uric acid level, lactate level of the amniotic fluid and umbilical artery bloodin cases with non-reassuring FHR patterns compared with controls. There was positive correlation between the uric acid level of the amniotic fluid and the umbilical artery blood. There was positive correlation between the lactate level of the amniotic fluid and the umbilical artery blood.The distributions of uric acid, lactate in control group were nearly normal.
