精品论文 参考文献 美托洛尔治疗心脏瓣膜病伴心衰及对患者心功能的影响 岳阳县中医医院 湖南岳阳 414100 【摘 要】目的 探讨美托洛尔在心脏瓣膜病伴心衰中的治疗效果及对患者心脏功能的影响。方法 收集2014 年9 月至2015 年9 月我院收集的心脏瓣膜伴心衰患者60 例，采用随机数字法分为两组，对照组（n=30）接受常规治疗，观察组（n=30）在常规治疗的基础上使用美托洛尔进行治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后脑利钠肽（BNP）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平和治疗效果。结果 治疗后观察组患者BNP水平为191.57plusmn;18.27 mu;g/L，对照组为264.57plusmn;20.57mu;g/L，Plt;0.05；治疗后观察组患者hs-CRP水平为1.18plusmn;0.38 mg/L，对照组为1.79plusmn;0.54 mg/L，Plt;0.05；观察组患者治疗有效率为93.33 %，对照组为73.33 %，Plt;0.05。结论 美托洛尔可有效提高心脏瓣膜病伴心衰的治疗效果，对于改善患者的心脏功能、逆转心室重构均具有积极作用，值得推广应用。 【关键词】美托洛尔；心脏瓣膜病；心衰；心脏功能 [Abstract] objective to explore the therapeutic effect of metoprolol in valvular heart disease with heart failure and its influence on patients with cardiac function. Methods between September 2014 and September 2014 in our collection of heart valve with 60 cases of patients with heart failure，can be divided into two groups by random number method，the control group（n = 30）for routine treatment，the observation group（n = 30）on the basis of conventional treatment using metoprolol treatment，compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of brain natriuretic peptide（BNP），hypersensitive c-reactive protein（hs - CRP）level and the therapeutic effect. Results observation group of patients after treatment the BNP level was 191.57 + / - 18.27 mu g/L，the control group was 264.57 + / - 20.57 mu g/L，P lt; 0.05；Observation group of patients after treatment the hs CRP level was 1.18 + / - 0.38 mg/L，1.79 + / - 0.54 mg/L，the control group（P lt; 0.05；Observation group of patients treatment effective rate of 93.33%，73.33%，the control group（P lt; 0.05. Conclusion metoprolol can effectively improve the effect of the treatment of heart valve disease with heart failure，to improve the patients heart function，reverse the ventricular remodeling has positive effect，is worthy of popularization and application.
