精品论文 参考文献 老年呼吸内科感染的原因分析及预防措施 （安岳普州医院；四川安岳642350） 　　【摘要】目的 研究导致老年呼吸内科患者出现感染的原因，并针对这些原因制定有效的预防措施。方法 采用回顾性的分析方法，并与负责的护士和经治医生一起讨论患者的病情，对导致老年呼吸内科出现感染的因素进行具体分析，并制定具有针对性的预防措施。结果 选出的80例老年呼吸内科患者中有41例呼吸系统感染患者，占总患者的51．25 %；2 3例消化系统感染患者，占总患者的28．75 %； 1 2例泌尿系统感染患者，占总患者的15．0 %；4例其他系统感染患者，占总患者的5．0 % 。结论 导致呼吸内科老年患者发生感染的因素有老年人的生理功能，医院的性质，医疗器械的作用，抗生素的滥用，老年患者的情绪等。针对以上因素，我们制定了一系列的预防措施，例如：提高治疗水平 , 加强支持疗法；加强内部护理质量管理 , 照顾好他们的日常生活；加强对抗生素的合理使用。 　　【关键字】老年，呼吸内科感染，原因分析，预防措施 　　Analysis of causes and preventive measures of senile respiratory medicine infection 　　【Abstract】 Objective To study the causes of infection in senile patients with respiratory diseases and to develop effective preventive measures against these causes. Methods Retrospective analysis was used to discuss the patient s condition with the nurse and the doctor in charge, and to analyze the factors leading to the infection of senile respiratory medicine and to formulate the preventive measures. RESULTS: Forty-one of the 80 elderly respiratory patients were diagnosed as having respiratory system infection, accounting for 51.25% of the total patients; 23 cases of digestive system infection, accounting for 28.75% of the total patients; 12 cases of urinary system Infected patients, accounting for 15.0% of the total patients; 4 patients with other systemic infections, accounting for 5.0% of the total patients. Conclusion The factors that cause infection in elderly patients of respiratory medicine are the physiological function of the elderly, the nature of the hospital, the role of medical devices, the abuse of antibiotics, the mood of the elderly patients. In view of these factors, we developed a series of preventive measures, such as: improve the treatment level, strengthen the supportive therapy; strengthen internal quality management of care, take good care of their daily life; strengthen the rational use of antibiotics. 　　【Key words】 Aged, Respiratory medical infection, Cause analysis, Preventive measures 　　在目前的国内形势下 , 中老年人呼吸道感
