精品论文 参考文献 老年哮喘患者护理中舒适护理干预的应用研究 王芳 　　湖南省新晃县中医医院 湖南怀化 419200 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨老年哮喘患者护理中舒适护理干预的应用效果。方法：资料收集我院自2014年4月以来所收治的74例老年哮喘患者，按照掷硬币法将患者分为普通护理组和舒适护理组。普通护理组采取常规护理；舒适护理组在普通护理组基础上加舒适护理干预。评价：（1）护理舒适度；（2）症状、体征消失时间、住院天数。（3）护理前后焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪。结果：（1）舒适护理组患者护理舒适度显著比普通护理组高，具有统计学意义，P＜0.05；（2）舒适护理组症状、体征消失时间、住院天数显著比普通护理组短，具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。（3）舒适护理组护理后焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪显著比普通护理组轻，具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论：老年哮喘患者护理中舒适护理干预的应用效果确切，可有效改善患者负性情绪，提升其舒适度，缩短症状、体征消失时间和住院时间，值得借鉴。 　　【关键词】老年哮喘患者；舒适护理干预；应用 　　Abstract：objective：to investigate the elderly patients with asthma and application effect of comfortable nursing in nursing intervention. Methods：the data collected from since April 2014 treated 74 cases of elderly patients with asthma，according to the method divided the patients into the coin toss normal nursing group and comfortable nursing group. Regular nursing group adopt conventional nursing；Comfortable nursing group on the basis of common nursing group and comfortable nursing intervention. Evaluation：（1）nursing comfort；（2）signs and symptoms disappear time，hospitalization days.（3）nursing before and after the anxiety and depression. Results：（1）the comfortable nursing group patient care comfort level significantly higher than normal nursing group，statistically significant，P lt; 0.05；（2）the comfortable nursing group of symptoms and signs disappeared time and hospitalization days shorter than normal nursing group，statistically significant，P lt; 0.05）.（3）the comfortable nursing group after nursing anxiety and depression significantly lighter than normal nursing group，statistically significant，P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion：elderly patients with asthma exact，the application effect of comfortable nursing in nursing intervention can effectively improve the patients negative mood，enhance their comfort，shortening the time of symptoms and signs disappeared and the length of time，is worth using for reference. 　　Key words：in elderly patients with asthma，Comfortable nursing intervention；application 　　哮喘为常见呼吸道疾病，以咳嗽咳痰、呼吸急促等为主要表现
