精品论文 参考文献 腹腔镜胆总管探查术治疗胆总管结石的临床探讨腹腔镜胆总管探查术治疗胆总管结石的临床探讨 保山市第二人民医院普外科 678000 【摘 要】目的：研究腹腔镜胆总管探查术治疗胆总管结石的临床效果。方法：选取2013年1月至2015年1月我科收治的总管结石行腹腔镜胆总管探查术患者150例，按随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各75例，观察组行一期缝合（缝合组），对照组给予放置T 管引流（引流组），对比分析两组的临床疗效。结果：观察组的手术时间、肛门排气时间、术后疼痛药使用、住院费用、恢复工作时间均明细低于对照组的，且经统计学分析差异均具有显著性（Plt;0.05）。两组患者在接受治疗后，临床症状均有不同程度的缓解，观察组患者显效56例，有效18例，总有效率为98.67%，明显优于对照组的82.67%，组间对比差异显著，Plt;0.05。结论：腹腔镜胆总管探查术后行一期缝合不仅能够缩短患者的康复时间，还有助于提高围手术期的生存质量。 【关键词】腹腔镜；胆总管探查术；一期缝合；临床疗效 All is the detailed analysis of Guan Yinliu patients admitted to our department to Abstract：Objective：To study the laparoscopic common bile duct exploration surgery in the treatment of common bile duct calculi clinical effect. Two groups of patients after receiving treatment，different degrees of remission of clinical symptoms were observed group were markedly in 56 cases，effective in 18 cases，the total efficiency of 98.67%，significantly better than the control group 82.67%，comparing the differences between the two groups was significant. The conclusion of the Plt;0.05.：a closure of the laparoscopic common bile duct exploration postoperative not only can shorten the recovery time of patients，but also help to improve the peri operation period of the quality of life.
