精品论文 参考文献 膏滋药处方中药饮片临床应用调查分析 Paste AIDS medicine prescription, Chinese medicine yinpian clinical investigation and analysis 　　梁波 　　Liang Bo 　　梧州市中医医院 药剂科 　　Chinese Medicine Hospital of Wuzhou Pharmacy Department 　　【摘要】目的 探讨膏滋药处方中药饮片的临床应用情况。方法 随机选取2013年3月到2015年7月我院开具的100份膏滋药处方中30种中药饮片包含10大类的用药情况进行统计和分析。结果 30种膏滋药处方中销售金额前三位的是阿胶、川芎、鹿角胶和炒白术，销售数量前三位的是炒白术、阿胶和川芎。10类中药饮片销售金额和销售数量位于前三的为补虚药、活血化瘀药和化瘀止咳药和理气药。在几种药物中超量严重的有半夏、柴胡、陈皮和川芎。这类药物在临床中属于止咳化痰和活血化瘀的药物。结论 我院膏滋药处方中中药饮品用药基本合理，但存在着用药剂量较大的问题和开具处方不规范的现象，因此需要加强临床的管理，提高合理用药的积极性。 　　【 abstract 】 objective to explore the cream AIDS medicine prescription of Chinese herbal medicine yinpian clinical application. Methods randomly selected from March 2013 to July 2013, 100 issued by our cream AIDS medicine prescription of 30 kinds of Chinese medicine yinpian contains 10 categories of medications for statistics and analysis. Results of 30 kinds of cream AIDS medicine prescription of the three sales amount is donkey-hide gelatin, rhizoma ligustici wallichii, antler glue and Fried atractylodes, sales volume is the three Fried atractylodes, gelatin and rhizoma ligustici wallichii. 10 kinds of Chinese medicine yinpian sales amount and the number is located in the first three to make virtual medicine, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs and blood cough and spleen medicine. In several drugs are pinellia, radix bupleuri, dried tangerine or orange peel, and excess of rhizoma ligustici wallichii. This class of drugs in clinical belong to reduce phlegm and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs. Conclusion our cream AIDS medicine prescription of traditional Chinese medicine drink medicine basic reasonable, but there is a large dosage of problems and a prescription is not standard phenomenon, so we need to strengthen the management of clinical, improve the enthusiasm of the rational use of drugs 　　【关键词】膏滋药处方；中药饮片；临床应用；调查 　　【 key words 】 paste AIDS medicine prescription; Chinese medicine yinpian; Clinical
