精品论文 参考文献 自制简易管道固定贴在普外科的临床运用与效果分析 陈琼芬 黄光彩 玉应胆 　　(景洪市人民医院普外科 云南 景洪 666100) 　　【摘要】 目的 研究探讨自制简易管道固定贴在普外科术后留置引流管患者中的运用及效果。方法 使用我科自制的简易管道固定贴对2013年12月至2014年7月100例术后留置引流管的患者按住院日期先后随机分成实验组（50例）和对照组（50例）进行分析对比。对照组实施常规护理，实验组进行简易管道固定贴护理，观察两组患者的引流效果、脱管率、导管反折情况及护理满意度。结果 实验组患者通过使用简易管道固定贴进行护理,发生感染、反折、意外拔管的概率明显低于对照组（Plt;0.05），护理满意度明显高于对照组(Plt;0.05)，均有统计学意义。结论 术后留置流管的患者使用简易管道固定贴进行护理，对提高管道引流效果、降低非计划性拔管率、提高患者对护理的满意度、提高管道护理质量均有很好的效果，值得临床推广使用。 　　【关键词】 护理；管道固定；简易管道固定贴 　　【中图分类号】R47 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）25-0110-03 　　Homemade improvised pipe fixed on clinical application and effect analysis 　　【Abstract】 objective to study the paper homemade improvised pipe fixed on the patients with postoperative abdominal cavity drainage tube and the application effect. Methods using my homemade improvised pipe fixed stick, to my family in December 2013 to July 2014, 100 cases of postoperative patients with indwelling abdominal drainage tube by date in hospital successively randomly divided into experimental group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases) were analyzed. Simple pipe fixed on experimental group patients postoperative nursing, the control group routine nursing, the observation of two groups of patients with drainage effect, take off the tube, catheter reflex and nursing satisfaction. Results the experimental group patients by using a simple pipe fixed care, patients with catheter infection, reflex, an accident of tube drawing probability significantly lower than the control group (P lt; 0.05), the nursing satisfaction is significantly higher than control group (P lt; 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion simple pipe fixed stick is not only simple, but to improve the effect of pipe drainage, reduce the rate of patients to take off the tube and improve patients satisfaction of nursing, shorten in-hospital time, improve the quality of tubes have very good effect, worthy of clinical use. 　　【Keywords】 Nursing Pipeline fixed Simple
