精品论文 参考文献 自制维生素E丙三醇悬浮液对预防放射性皮肤损伤的防护价值研究 河南科技大学第四附属医院/安阳市肿瘤医院 河南安阳 455000 【摘 要】目的 探究自制维生素E丙三醇悬浮液对预防放射性皮损伤的防护价值 方法 根据本研究的纳入和排除标准，选取放射治疗患者200例，利用SPSS17.0 数字表法将患者分为两组，进行随机、双模拟对照实验。实验组使用维生素E丙三醇悬浮液喷洒于放射野皮肤，对照组使用三乙醇胺乳膏（比亚芬）涂抹于放射野皮肤，疗程为患者自治疗至出院后一个月，比较两组患者接受放疗部位皮肤损伤情况、用药后缓解情况等 结果 两组患者皮肤损伤多为轻度（Ⅰ或Ⅱ度），研究组与对照组患者中Ⅲ度皮肤损伤比例分别为10%与15%，无显著性差异。结论 两组药物对放射野皮肤的保护作用效果相当，且维生素E丙三醇悬浮液性价比更高，值得临床推广。 【关键词】自制；维生素E；丙三醇；比亚芬；放射性皮肤损伤；防护 Studies of skin protection after radiotherapy using self-made suspension of vitamin E combined with glycerol Zhang Hui，Zhao Ruijin，Ma Tingwei，Sun Xiuke，Yang Yanping，Wang Sumei，Yang Aiqing （The fourth affiliated hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology/Anyang Tumor Hospital，Henan Anyang 455000） Abstract：Objective Explore the homemade vitamin E glycerol suspension to prevent radioactive protection value of skin damage Methods According to this study include and exclude criteria，select 200 patients with radiation therapy，using SPSS17.0 digital meter method divided the patients into two groups，randomized，double simulation control experiment. Experimental use vitamin E glycerol spraying slurry in the radiation field skin，control group using Triethanolamine cream（Biafine）radiation skin，apply a course to patients discharged from hospital after three months，compared two groups of subjects radiation field skin pain relief situation and situation of local skin damage of symptoms（including edema，dehydration and peeling）wound healing Results The two group patients showed slight skin damage（Ⅰor Ⅱ）mostly，the proportion of the third-degree damage to the patients of research group and control group was 10% and 15% respectively，there was no significant difference between two groups. Conclusions Vitamin E，glycerin suspension to prevent radioactive skin injury protection can be achieved with Biafine considerable effect，good safety，high cost performance，worth clinical promotion.
