精品论文 参考文献 自我减压干预对下肢骨折患者关节功能恢复及并发症的影响 侯威（商丘市第一人民医院骨一科 河南商丘 476100） 　　【摘要】目的：探究下肢骨折患者术后实施自我减压干预的应用效果。方法：选取2014 年2-11 月期间在我院行骨科下肢手术治疗的60 例患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，各30 例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施自我减压法进行护理干预，对比两组护理效果。结果：观察组下床时间、住院时间和骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组，肢体肿胀评分明显低于对照组，两组对比差异显著（P ＜ 0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为6.7%，与对照组的33.3% 相比较，差异显著（P ＜ 0.05）。结论：下肢骨折患者术后实施自我减压干预可有效改善患者下肢骨折，减少并发症，有利于促进患者恢复。 　　【关键词】自我减压；下肢骨折；关节功能；并发症【中图分类号】 R2 【文献标号】 A 【文章编号】 2095-9753（2016）5-0009-02Self decompression intervention effects on fracture of lower limb joint function recovery of patients and complicationsHou Wei (Department of Orthopaedics Shangqiu First Peoples Hospital Henan Shangqiu 476100)[Abstract] Objective: To explore application effect of self decompression intervention in patients with lower limb fractures afteroperation.
