精品论文 参考文献 舒适护理在上消化道出血护理中的应用效果 宋艳平 宋艳平 　　湖南省永州市中心医院（北院） 425000 　　【摘 要】目的 探讨舒适护理在上消化道出血护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2014 年7月～2015年7月间我院收治的90例上消化道出血患者作为研究对象，随机分组，对照组45例给予常规护理干预，实验组45例在常规护理的基础上给予舒适护理干预，对比两组临床效果以及护理满意度。结果 实验组在住院时间、止血时间均短于对照组，治疗费用低于对照组，且对照组不良反应发生率高于实验组，两组间比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）；对照组护理满意度为77.78%，实验组为93.34%，实验组护理满意度明显高于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 采用舒适护理干预在上消化道出血患者中的应用效果显著，可有效提升护理满意度和提高患者舒适度，具有较高的应用价值，值得在临床应用及进一步推广。 　　【关键词】舒适护理；上消化道出血；效果 　　 　　【Abstract】 objective to investigate the effect of comfortable nursing in the application of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage nursing. Method selection in July 2014 to July 2014 of our hospital between 90 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding as the research object，a randomized，control group 45 cases given routine nursing intervention，the experimental group 45 cases on the basis of conventional nursing gives comfortable nursing intervention，compared two groups of clinical effect and nursing satisfaction. Results the experimental group in the length of hospital stay，the bleeding time is shorter than the control group，the treatment cost is lower than the control group，the incidence of adverse reaction is higher than the experimental group and control group，the comparison between the two groups have significant difference （P lt; 0.05）；Control group nursing satisfaction was 77.78%，the experimental group was 77.78%，the experimental group nursing satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group，the differences between the two groups have statistical significance （P lt; 0.05）.
