精品论文 参考文献 舒适护理在产程观察中的应用分析 湖南省常德市第一人民医院产二科 湖南常德 415000 【摘 要】目的：分析舒适护理在产程观察中的应用效果。方法：选取104例产妇作为研究对象，根据在产程观察中是否采取舒适护理进行分组；对照组45例，采取常规护理；观察组59例，在产程观察中采取舒适护理，包括心理指导、认知干预、行为干预、家庭支持、围产期护理；根据STAI（状态-特质焦虑量表），对比两组产妇护理前后S-AI评分、T-AI评分，并对比两组产妇的产程时间差异性，包括第一产程、第二产程、第三产程、总产程。结果：护理后，观察组产妇S-AI评分、T-AI评分均较护理前明显下降，与对照组护理后对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程、总产程时间均短于对照组，经T检验，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：舒适护理在产程观察中的应用效果确切，可明显改善产妇的心理状态，缩短产程，对于提高分娩质量具有积极作用。 【关键词】产程观察；舒适护理；应用效果 Application of comfort care in the birth process of observation LuoXiantao First Peoples Hospital of Changde City，Hunan Province，producing the Second Division Hunan Changde 415000 [Abstract]Objective：To analyze comfort care during labor to observe the application effect.Methods：104 cases of women as research subjects，according to the production process observation whether to take comfort care group；control group of 45 patients，take routine care；the observation group 59 cases take comfort care during labor observation，including psychological guidance，cognitive intervention，behavioral intervention，family support，perinatal care；according to STAI（state - trait anxiety scale），compared two groups of women before and after nursing S-AI score，T-AI score，and compared two groups of maternal labor time difference，including the first stage，second stage，third stage of labor，total labor. Results：After treatment，the observation group maternal S-AI score，T-AI score than before treatment significantly decreased，compared to the control group after treatment，the difference was statistically significant（P lt;0.05）；the observation group first stage，second labor，the third stage of labor，total labor time was shorter than the control group，the T test，the difference was statistically significant（Plt;0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of comfortable nursing in the exact observation of labor，can significantly improve maternal mental state，shorten the production process，to improve the quality of delivery has a positive effect.
